    Advised on long-term partnership agreement with Wind Projects Australia (WPA) for identification and development of renewable energy project (especially wind farm) project opportunities across the National Electricity Market (NEM), joint development agreements (JDAs), consultancy agreements and asset management agreements.

    Advised on various contracts covering acquisition, development, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance, asset management and sale in relation to projects within a portfolio projected to include 100 MW of solar farms and battery energy storage systems across Australia.

  • Lion Energy

    Advised on project structure, risk management strategies and contracts intended to cover the engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of hydrogen refuelling stations for buses (and potentially also trucks) across the eastern states of Australia.

    While traditionally focused on the exploration and development of, and production from, oil and gas fields across Indonesia, Lion Energy has additionally adopted and is now actively pursuing a green hydrogen strategy targeting opportunities in Australia.

    Advised on due diligence, land option, lease and government grant funding arrangements for the proposed Western Sydney Smart Battery being a 20 MW / 40 MWh battery energy storage system to be located adjacent to the Penrith Zone Substation in NSW.

    Advised on various contracts covering acquisition, development, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and sale in relation to 70 MWac of solar farms (some of which have incorporated or will incorporate battery energy storage system (BESS) facilities) across Australia.

    Green Gold Energy specialises in the development, construction and operation of grid-connected and off-grid solar farms across South Australia, Victoria and NSW, and prides itself on (and openly attributes its success at least in part to) the collaborative working relationship it has been able to forge and maintain with its supply chain participants as well as local councils and grid operators.
